Umgaqo wokusebenza

Umgaqo osisiseko wokwahlula komoya kukusebenzisa i-distillation ebandayo enzulu ukujiya umoya ube lulwelo, kwaye yohlulwe ngokwamanqanaba obushushu ahlukeneyo eoksijini, initrogen kunye neargon.

I-distillation tower enemigangatho emibini ifumana i-nitrogen ecocekileyo kunye neoksijini ecocekileyo phezulu nasezantsi kwinqaba ephezulu ngaxeshanye.

Ioksijini elulwelo kunye nenitrogen engamanzi nazo zinokukhutshwa kwicala lomphunga kunye necala lokujiya lokupholisa okungundoqo ngokulandelelanayo.

Ukuhamba kwenkqubo

1. Ukunyanzeliswa komoya: Umoya oye wahluzwa ngaphandle kokungcola komatshini ngesihluzi ungena kwi-compressor yomoya kwaye uxinzelelwe kuxinzelelo olufunekayo.

2. Ukupholisa komoya kwangaphambili: Kupholiswe kubushushu obufanelekileyo kwinkqubo yokupholisa kwangaphambili kwaye amanzi asimahla ahlulwe ngaxeshanye.

3. Ukucocwa kokwahlula komoya: Amanzi, ikharbhon diokside kunye nezinye ii-hydrocarbons zisuswa zii-adsorbents kwi-adsorption tower.

4. Ibhokisi ebandayo ye-Fractionation tower: Umoya ococekileyo ungena kwibhokisi ebandayo, upholiswe kwiqondo lokushisa elikufutshane neqondo lokushisa nge-liquefaction nge-heat exchanger, uze ungene kwi-distillation tower. I-nitrogen yemveliso ifumaneka kwindawo ephezulu kwaye i-oksijini yemveliso ifunyenwe kwindawo engezantsi
