Itekhnoloji yokuvelisa ioksijini ye-vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) yindlela esebenzayo neyonga amandla yokulungiselela ioksijini. Ifezekisa ukwahlulwa kweoksijini kunye ne-nitrogen ngokufunxwa okukhethiweyo kwezihluzo zemolekyuli. Ukuhamba kwayo kwenkqubo kubandakanya ikakhulu la makhonkco aphambili alandelayo:
1. Inkqubo yonyango lomoya oluhlaza
Uxinzelelo lomoya: Isivutheli sicinezela umoya ojikeleze umhlaba ukuya kuthi ga kwi-63kPa (uxinzelelo lokulinganisa) ukuze sinike amandla okufunxa emva koko. Inkqubo yoxinzelelo iya kuvelisa ubushushu obuphezulu, obufuna ukupholiswa kubushushu obufunekayo (malunga ne-5-40℃) ngesithambisi samanzi.
Ukucoca kwangaphambi konyango: Kusetyenziswa isihluzo esinezigaba ezibini ukususa ukungcola koomatshini, kwaye kusetyenziswa isixhobo sokomisa ukususa ukungcola okufana nokufuma kunye ne-oyile inkungu ukukhusela i-molecular seeve absorbent.
2. Inkqubo yokwahlula i-Adsorption

3. Inkqubo yokukhupha amanzi emzimbeni kunye nokuhlaziya
Ukutsalwa kwe-vacuum: Emva kokugcwala, ipompo ye-vacuum iyanciphisa uxinzelelo kwinqaba ukuya kwi--50kPa, isusa i-nitrogen ize iyikhuphele kwi-exhaust muffler.
Ukucocwa kweoksijini: Kwinqanaba lokugqibela lokuvuselelwa, ioksijini ethile yemveliso ifakwa ukuze ihlambe inqaba yokufunxa ukuze kuphuculwe ngakumbi ukusebenza kakuhle kokufunxa komjikelo olandelayo.
4.Inkqubo yokucubungula imveliso
I-oxygen buffer: Iimveliso ze-oxygen ezingaqhubekiyo zigcinwa kuqala kwi-buffer tank (uxinzelelo lwe-14-49kPa), emva koko i-compressor ixinzelele kuxinzelelo olufunekayo lomsebenzisi.
Isiqinisekiso sobumsulwa: Ngokusebenzisa izihluzi ezincinci kunye nolawulo lokulinganisela ukuhamba kwamanzi, imveliso yeoksijini ezinzileyo iyaqinisekiswa.
5.Inkqubo yolawulo ekrelekrele
I-Adopt PLC ukuze isebenze ngokuzenzekelayo ngokupheleleyo, ngemisebenzi efana nokubeka esweni uxinzelelo, i-alamu yempazamo, ukuphucula ukusetyenziswa kwamandla, kunye nokuxhasa ukujonga kude.
Le nkqubo iqhuba umjikelo wokutsalwa kwe-adsorption-desorption ngotshintsho loxinzelelo.
